Initiate Your Request
Log into your Safari Bags account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Place your bag in its original protective dust cover and shipping box, ensuring all original tags and hardware protectors are still attached.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; we will track the journey back to our warehouse for you.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our artisans verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
